Production & Application Support

This position is to ensure the stability and reliability of mission-critical enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot application, OS, infrastructure, batch, and interface issues
• Execute controlled production changes including patching and service management
• Utilize Linux and Windows administration tools for system operations
• Manage change records, validation, rollback procedures, and release support
• Maintain operational documentation and security-compliant access practices

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of production support, application support, or IT operations experience
• Strong leadership experience, preferably managing remote or distributed teams
• Advanced Linux and Windows administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools
• Excellent communication skills during critical incidents and on-call situations
