Lihaon Mexico, a manufacturer of automotive components specializing in Plastic Injection Molding and Metal Stamping, is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support both production operations and equipment maintenance activities.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding and stamping equipment. This position requires a hands-on individual capable of supporting daily production while maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

Operate and monitor injection molding machines and stamping presses.

Perform machine setup and assist with mold and die changeovers.

Monitor production output, cycle times, and product quality.

Conduct in-process inspections and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Maintain production records and support continuous improvement activities.

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Equipment Maintenance

Perform preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, presses, molds, dies, and auxiliary equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.

Assist in equipment installation, modification, and improvement projects.

Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts inventory.

Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

Experience in automotive manufacturing environments preferred.

Experience with injection molding machines and/or stamping presses.

Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Ability to perform both production and maintenance duties efficiently.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with mold and die maintenance.

Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.

Basic English communication skills.

Experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
