Production & Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.

• Create compelling event messaging / mood & tone and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance.

• Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

• Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in operations support or a similar role, preferably in the event organizer or advertising industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and processes.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (MS Excel & Powerpoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on varied tasks.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to travel across Thailand to audit campaigns execution.
