Production and Packing Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production and Packing Associate to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production and packing operations, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the production and packing process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in production and packing operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications used in production planning and management.
