Production and Process Engineer

Production Management

• Monitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyse production performance and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production-related issues.

Process Engineering

• Develop, review, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct process studies, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with established operating procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve yield, and optimize resource utilization.

Compliance & Environmental Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, environmental, and operational regulations.
• Manage and monitor Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) operations and related environmental requirements.
• Prepare and maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and auditors during inspections and audits.

Safety & Quality

• Promote and maintain workplace safety standards and best practices.
• Ensure production activities comply with quality management systems and company policies.
• Participate in internal audits, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Engineering background is preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing or process operations.
• Experience in handling Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (IETS).
• Possession of Steam Engineer, CePSWaM, and/or AGTES certifications will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of production processes, process improvement methodologies, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process optimization.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
