Role Overview:
The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring process standardisation, adherence to approved BMRs, efficient manpower and equipment utilisation, and smooth execution of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily production planning, batch scheduling & manpower allocation
* Ensure production as per approved BMRs and standard processes
* Monitor mixing, sieving, blending, filling & packing parameters
* Track batch yield, reconciliation, equipment utilisation & downtime
* Ensure proper cleaning, changeover & shift handover
* Train operators and ensure process compliance
* Identify and report production deviations
* Coordinate with QA and other departments for smooth production
