Production and Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production applications and infrastructure hosted on AWS
• Manage and troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and outages
• Provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based applications
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Support Akamai CDN configurations, IP ranges, caching, application properties and content delivery issues.
• Handle aws deployments, releases, and environment validations
• Work closely with DevOps, network, and application teams
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, uptime, and performance targets
• Maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and process.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production/Application Support
• Minimum 2 years working with AWS or Akamai
