What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide production support for Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components) applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems, implementing solutions using APEX, SOQL queries, and other tools as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles, and release notes to ensure effective communication among team members.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage for critical production systems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Production Support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX programming language, SOQL queries, and Salesforce platform architecture.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
