Production and Warehouse Worker

We are looking for dependable workers to help with daily production, packaging, and warehouse tasks at a beverage facility.

This is a hands-on position. You will help keep the production line running, package finished products, move materials, and keep the work area clean and organized.

What You'll Do:

• Help with filling, capping, labeling, and packaging bottles and cans.
• Load bottles, cans, labels, boxes, and other materials onto the production line.
• Check products and packaging for any problems or damage.
• Remove damaged or incorrect products.
• Pack finished products into boxes and cases.
• Stack boxes and products onto pallets.
• Wrap and prepare pallets for storage or shipment.
• Move materials and finished products around the facility using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Help keep the production and warehouse areas clean and organized.
• Record basic production counts when needed.
• Help with simple line changes and minor production issues.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work safely around equipment.
• Perform other general production and warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to follow basic instructions.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous warehouse, production, or packaging experience is helpful but not required.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for most of the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working around production equipment and conveyors.

Schedule:

Full-time position. Schedule may include different shifts, weekends, or overtime depending on production needs.

Pay: $16.90 - $19.00 per hour
