Production Apprentice

This is a new Apprenticeship role, which will focus on time with our production teams.

The Production Apprentice will develop practical manufacturing skills across the Bridgnorth production areas, with a focus on sheet metal work and electromechanical assembly. Working as part of the Production team, the role will support high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and assembly activity while learning safe working practices, quality standards, basic problem solving and good workplace discipline.

The apprenticeship is designed to build future capability and succession within the production team. The successful apprentices will rotate through relevant work areas, follow structured training plans, and progressively take on more responsibility as competence grows.
