ABOUT THE ROLE

Backam Group is currently seeking experienced Assemblers for an established air conditioning manufacturing company based in Chipping Norton, NSW.

These positions offer ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable candidates looking to build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing environment.

📍 Location: Chipping Norton, NSW
🛠 Role: Assembler
📄 Employment Type: Casual Ongoing (Temp to Perm)
📅 Roster: Monday to Friday
⏰ Shift Available: Day Shift & Afternoon Shift
💰 Pay Rate: $38 - $43
🚀 Start Date: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Assembling air conditioning units and components
✅ Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
✅ Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications
✅ Performing quality checks throughout the assembly process
✅ Assisting with production and manufacturing tasks
✅ Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
✅ Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
✅ General factory and warehouse duties as required

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✅ Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or factory experience
✅ Experience using hand and power tools
✅ Good attention to detail and quality workmanship
✅ Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
✅ Strong work ethic and reliability
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
✅ Commitment to workplace health and safety

Highly Desirable:

⭐ Experience in air conditioning, HVAC, electrical, or manufacturing industries
⭐ Experience working on production lines
