What they need
* Assemble microelectronic and semiconductor components.
* Use basic tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring equipment.
* Perform quality checks and basic electrical tests.
* Follow work instructions and safety/quality standards.
* Maintain accuracy and cleanliness in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
* High School or Senior High School graduate, college undergraduate, or Technical/Vocational graduate.
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Must have hands-on soldering experience (PCB, through-hole, or surface-mount).
* Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
* Can use basic measuring tools and equipment.
* Able to perform repetitive assembly work while maintaining quality.
* Previous experience in electronics, semiconductor, or precision assembly is an advantage.
* Willing to work in a cleanroom/manufacturing environment.
Pay: Php600.00 - Php950.00 per day
