What they need
- Basic $2100, Gross up to $3000

- Night shift allowance: $24 per night
- AWS (13th month bonus) and variable bonus provided

- 4–3–3–4 rotating schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
