Production Assembler I (3701)

Job Summary The primary responsibility of an Assembler is to complete assembly functions identified and specified, as well as position parts and sub-assemblies using templates or reading measurements, with precision and accuracy. The Assembler should also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.

Typical Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly functions based on written or verbal instructions
• Not looking for a line worker, you will be reading schematics and putting pumps together with another team member.
• Read and evaluate assembly instructions to assure proper construction of products
• Cross trains to learn multiple functions in the production environment
• Adhere to company and regulatory agency health and safety standards
• Comply with Quality and Environmental Policies applicable to daily work activities
• Load and unload equipment and supplies as directed
• Clean and organize shop and other areas as required
• Adhere to company and regulatory agency health and safety standards
• Ensure that The Mersino Way is a guiding document in the day-to-day activities of each and every project that they manage

Qualifications Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mechanical experience with Power tools is a must!
• Ability to use measurement tools and devices
