Production Assembler (Temporary)

Sky Grid Production Assembler (Temporary, 20–40 hrs/week)

About Sky Grid
Sky Grid makes portable 9 Square game sets for schools, churches, camps, and backyard fun. We're a small, growing business, and every set is built by hand in our home-based workshop in Hyrum, Utah. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help us build and ship sets during our busy season.

About the Role
This is a temporary position lasting about 2 months, starting immediately. You'll work alongside the owner to turn raw PVC pipe into finished game sets ready to ship to customers. No two days are exactly alike, and your work directly affects the quality of every set that goes out the door.

What You'll Do

• Measure, cut, drill, and deburr PVC pipe to exact specifications using basic hand tools
• Assemble complete 9 Square sets and check each one for quality
• Pack finished sets for shipment to customers
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Spot problems and suggest better ways of doing things

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail; accurate measurements matter
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Clear, proactive communicator
• Able to stand for your entire shift
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Hand tool or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.

Schedule & Flexibility
This is the best part: you set your own schedule. Work any hours that suit you between 7am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, and take time off whenever you need, as long as you get in at least 20 hours each week. We'd love someone who can work closer to 40, but a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.

Pay
