What they need
- Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
- Implementing metal surface finishing activities included but not limited to polishing, and buffing.
- Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
- Assist Engineering department on CNC setup & operation ;tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly.
- Check parts using basic measuringtools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges.
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide reports as necessary to appropriate staff.
- Observe and learn Ascentec's procedures and documentation.
- Maintains good housekeeping practices.
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by managements.
- Assist in any tasks as instructed by your superior and/or management of AESB from time to time.
