Production Assembly Technician

Position: Assembler

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate hand and power tools to assemble products
• Accurately and quickly fill bags and boxes with components
• Package assembled products
• Clean components prior to packaging
• Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain strict quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• 1 year of experience in role as an assembler required
• Clean criminal record required; must pass a background and drug test
• Lawfully able to handle and own firearms
• High level of attention to detail is required
• Firearms knowledge or gun store experience preferred
• Good vision to perform basic quality inspection of part before assembly
• Must be in excellent physical condition
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds thoughtout the day
• Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps
• Able to stand on feet or remain seated for extended hours
• Ability to work in hot or cold non-climate controlled environments
• Frequently bend over during tasks
• Work quickly and efficiently in a high-demand production setting
• Must have good verbal and writing skills
• Must take basic online pre-employment assessment
