Production Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembly Technician to join our dynamic and hardworking team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and is exceptionally detail-oriented. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling various products on our production line, ensuring they meet our company's standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Assembly: Assemble products according to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications, ensuring the very highest level of accuracy and quality.
• Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues, providing expertise to maintain production efficiency.
• Quality Checks: Perform quality control checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of assembly processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Act as a liaison between production and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and product quality checks.

To succeed in this job, you will need:

• Hands-on Experience: Proven experience with hand and power tools, and a strong background in assembly techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow complex instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of assembly procedures and manufacturing processes.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing production demands and priorities.

Education & Experience:

• Technical Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training or experience in an assembly or production environment is preferred.
• Assembly Experience: Prior experience in assembly or a related field is an asset.
• Electrical/Mechanical Experience: Considered an asset.

Work Environment:

• Fast-Paced Manufacturing: The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with frequent interactions with production teams.
• Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced setting.

Salary Range:

This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual salary of between $40,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.
