Production/ Assembly Worker 1st/2nd Shift

Powercon Corp is a leading switchgear manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality electrical solutions. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assembler to join our team! You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, fabricating, and assembly of products.

Requirements

• Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools
• Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is preferred
• Ability to read or learn to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Strong Self-Starter and the ability to work independently and with a team

Compensation: The hourly pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position.
