Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | $17.00–$20.00/Hour DOE

Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable full-time opportunity? We are seeking a Production Assembly Worker to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse environment.

This is a hands-on position working primarily on an assembly line. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, maintaining a strong focus on quality, and working as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and assemble, including pouring, capping, labeling, and packaging.
• Safely operate assembly-line machinery and equipment as directed.
• Follow work orders and production instructions to meet daily goals.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive prepared to begin work at the scheduled start time.
• Assist with other production tasks and job functions as needed.
• Work overtime occasionally when production demands require it.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely navigate a warehouse and production environment.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and work orders.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and workplace safety.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist in other production areas when needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

• 30-minute lunch break
• Full-time position
• Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs

Pay & Benefits

$17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Environment

You'll work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse with a moderate noise level. The environment includes moving machinery, so safety awareness and adherence to established procedures are essential.

Required: Closed-toe shoes.
