We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented talent to join our growing team and provide support for our New York office:

Job Description:

1. Style Setup/Maintenance/Purchase Order Issuing

• Create and adopt styles in RLM
• Facilitate any style revisions (incorrect RLM#, color codes, pricing, etc)
• Review Catalog to ensure all UPCs triggered over
• Review all style pricing components seasonally for accuracy (FOB/DDP, MSRP, NET SELL)

2. Purchase Order Issuing/PO Maintenance

• Generate and issue POs to vendors based on NY direction
• Communicate PO details to factories and confirm receipt
• Update PO deliveries based on actual bookings/DDP vessels

3. Fit Sample Tracking (Centric)

• Initiate seasonal sample tracker to factory & follow up
• Enter AWB details into Centric for TD visibility
• Enter arrival date of samples into Centric for TD visibility
• Enter XFTY DATE details in Centric for TD visibility

4. Sales TOP/AD Sample Tracking

• Initiate seasonal sample tracker to factory
• Follow up with vendors to ensure TOPs are sent by due date (2 weeks prior to XFTY)
• Maintain tracking chart with sending dates, AWB, estimated receive date based on AWB

5. Production Tracking & WIP

• Monitor key production milestones (fabric in-house, cutting, sewing, finishing)
• Track final QC inspections on production WIP

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, diploma in Textiles or related discipline is an advantage
• 2-5 years of experience in production/merchandising with US market
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of RLM and Centric systems is a plus
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player, detail-minded and excellent communication skills
