Production Assistant - Calamba

This position is primarily responsible for processing and analyzing data for roll forming and distribution operations using the Oracle (ERP) system.

Major Responsibilities:

Within the limit of company policies, programs, systems, and procedures, this job is responsible for and has commensurate authority to carry out the following:

• Ensures accurate, complete and timely processing of RFD transactions in the Oracle. These data ranges from raw materials, production (on-line/offline operations), transfers (delivery and internal transfers), reclassification, sales returns, plant uses and donations.
• Prepares Delivery Receipt (DR), Internal Transfer (IT), and Sales Returns Report.
• Troubleshoots Oracle-related problems.
• Prepares, checks, and analyzes the RFD data relevant to management reports like the Inventory Movement Report, Productivity Report, and Yield Report.

Minor Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the inventory (coils and cut sheets).
• Responsible for the housekeeping in his area of responsibility. This includes control and upkeep of all RFD related records.
• Ensures compliance with generally accepted safety standards and procedures in his assigned area.
• Responsible for encoding the monthly inventory count in their areas.
• Conducts plant and warehouse visits to assess quality systems and make safety observations.
• Supports and demonstrates ownership of health and safety in his/her own area of responsibility
• Supports and shows ownership at all levels of health and safety via involvement, training, and communication.
• Ensures the effective implementation of Quality, Environment & Health & Safety (QEHS) management systems and dissemination of the policies and objectives thereof to personnel within his/her area of responsibility.
• Performs other duties that may be required by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• A graduate of any computer related course, technical or engineering background.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be residing within Calamba, Laguna.
• Preferably one (1) year of related experience
• Computer Literate
• With a background in Oracle, if possible
