Production Assistant

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform assigned SMT production-line tasks according to the Work Instruction (WI).
2. Assist with PCB loading and unloading, material preparation and component replenishment.
3. Carry out basic assembly, labelling, packing and other production activities.
4. Perform visual inspections and report any defects or abnormalities to the Line Leader or Technician.
5. Handle PCBs, electronic components and materials carefully in accordance with ESD requirements.
6. Record production quantities and complete the required production documents.
7. Maintain cleanliness and comply with 5S requirements in the work area.
8. Follow production, quality, safety and company procedures.
9. Meet daily production output and quality targets.
10. Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
2. Experience in SMT, PCBA or electronics manufacturing is preferred but not compulsory.
3. Able to follow Work Instructions and supervisor’s instructions.
4. Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
5. Responsible, disciplined and able to work in a team.
6. Training will be provided.
