About SAU LEE
SAU LEE is a modern Chinese fashion brand redefining femininity through contemporary design inspired by Chinese culture. Our designs have been worn by Lady Gaga, Jessica Alba, Olivia Culpo, Gemma Chan, Barbara Palvin, Joey King, Lana Condor and Laufey.
Following another year of significant growth, we are entering an exciting new chapter with our first retail store opening in New York, continued global wholesale expansion and further investment across our product categories.
As our collections and production volumes continue to grow, we are expanding our Production team to strengthen our product development, manufacturing and quality capabilities.

Production Operations
- Coordinate sample and parcel movements between SAU LEE, factories and suppliers.
- Work closely with Design, Merchandising and Logistics to support smooth product handovers and deliveries.
- Support improvements to production processes, documentation and ways of working.
- Travel occasionally to factories and suppliers in Mainland China when required.

About You

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in garment production, apparel merchandising or manufacturing.
- Good technical understanding of garment construction and the production process from sample development through to bulk production.

- Good understanding of workmanship and garment quality standards.
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple styles, deadlines and priorities.
