What they need
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy and validity of data on the records before submitting this to immediate superior
- Communicates and recommends solutions to immediate superior if there are potential problems on the timelines and reliability of data coming from the production sections.
- Communicates with Production sections on any concerns regarding production records and data.
- Verifies the effectiveness and compliance of Production procedures in every section and recommend improvements to the production manager for approval.
- Conduct orientation of Production sections on OMS standards and updates (Policy and Procedure).
- Submits on the prescribed target date accurate detailed Production reports (e.g. Productivity and Efficiency) to Accounting Department.
- Submits weekly PDN performance report to immediate superior.
- Records and monitors PDN office supplies.
- Reports discrepancies between actual expenditures against Capital and Operations expenditures budget above or below the targeted limit.
- Accomplishes the regular Overtime summary report with justification and corrective actions from all Production sections.
- Accomplishes the disposal report on obsolete QMS records from all PDN sections.
- Formulates improvements on the method of record keeping and data format to reduce time spent and supplies consumed.
- Verifies production office supplies request then forward to PDN Manager for approval.
- Conducts PDN office supplies cycle count regular and verify proper utilization.
