A Production Assistant role in a manufacturing or production environment, responsible for supporting production operations and ensuring product quality and compliance with standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing materials, supplies, and equipment needed for production
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards
- Perform repetitive tasks and lift materials when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the production area
- Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
- Work on shifting schedules and overtime when required
About you
- At least a high school graduate or senior high school graduate
- Knowledgeable in basic production processes, product handling, and packaging procedures
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials
- Good teamwork, time management, and communication skills
- Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
