About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at our OEM food repacking factory in Puchong.

The successful candidate will assist in daily food production and repacking operations, ensuring that products are packed accurately, meet quality standards, and comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily food repacking, weighing, filling, sealing, and labelling activities.
• Assist with the preparation of raw materials and packaging materials for production.
• Operate basic packing machinery and production equipment.
• Check product weights, packaging quality, labels, and expiry dates for accuracy.
• Ensure all products are packed according to the required specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Assist with stock arrangement, material handling, and inventory counting when required.
• Report any production issues, damaged packaging, or quality defects to the supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food production, food manufacturing, or food repacking is required.
• Familiarity with food handling, packaging processes, and hygiene practices is an advantage.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures carefully.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and attentive to detail.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on factory work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and adapt to production requirements.
• Able to work in Puchong, Selangor.
