Role Description The Production Assistant Intern, on-site role based in New York, NY. This position supports the production team with day-to-day studio operations, including assisting with set preparation, equipment organization, and coordination of on-air segments. The intern helps manage production schedules, supports live and recorded shoots, and facilitates communication between hosts, guests, and technical crew. Daily tasks may include basic editing support, monitoring content quality, organizing assets, and handling administrative and logistical duties. The role offers hands-on training in broadcast workflows, digital content production, and media operations within a professional studio environment.

Qualifications

• Production support skills, including Production Assistance assist with live or recorded segments.
• Attention to detail and Quality Control capabilities to ensure content, visuals, and audio meet established standards.
• Customer Service and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests, partners, and team members.
• Strong Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with producers, hosts, technical crew, and other interns.
• Interest in media, finance, technology, or digital assets; prior academic or project experience in media, film, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site Wednesday - Friday 12:30PM to 4:30PM, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with common office and media tools (e.g. Monday.com, Slack, Cuez, etc. is a plus).
