• Production Support:Assist in overseeing and facilitating day-to-day production activities in the jute mill

• Coordinate with production supervisors and workers to ensure smooth operations on the factory floor

• Quality Control:Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to specifications

• Conduct quality checks and inspections on jute products or materials being produced

• Inventory Management:Assist in managing raw materials, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring adequate stock for production needs

• Support in maintaining accurate records of inventory and production data

• Equipment Operation and Maintenance:Operate machinery and equipment used in jute processing under supervision

• Assist in performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring machinery operates efficiently

• Safety and Compliance:Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

• Support compliance with industry regulations and standards related to production processes

• Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training or certification can be advantageous

• Basic understanding of production processes, preferably in a manufacturing setting

• Familiarity with machinery and equipment used in jute processing or a willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to ensure product quality

• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a factory environment, which may involve standing for extended periods
