What they need
We are looking for a results-driven Production Manager to manage a small cmt factory ensuring production targets are met safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Job Objectives:
Operations: Manage daily production schedules to meet output targets.
Leadership: Assign tasks to workers, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews.Ensure all staff have sufficient supply and are 100% productive throughout the shift.
Quality: Spot-check products and materials to ensure they meet technical specifications.
Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and the correct use of protective gear (PPE).
Maintenance: Monitor machinery health and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
Reporting: Track and report daily production data, including waste and efficiency metrics.
Training: Train new staff and cross-train current staff on equipment and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
