Production Assistant Officer / Assistant 生產助理主任/助理

Join our dynamic team in supporting the daily operations of our food production lines. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to help streamline workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily food production operations and time estimation
• Maintain accurate production records for efficiency analysis
• Coordinate and document workflows across departments
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Handle ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• 2–3 years of experience in a production environment preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of Cantonese and English
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
