Production Assistant / Planning Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets for the Packing Department
• Organize packing workflow by assigning tasks and preparing shift schedules
• Supervise, guide, and motivate packing operators to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Ensure packing activities comply with quality, safety, and company requirements
• Ensure proper and safe use of packing machinery and arrange regular maintenance
• Inspect packed products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare and submit production and packing performance reports
• Identify inefficiencies in packing operations and implement improvement actions
• Train new packing staff on standard operating procedures (SOP), safety rules, and machine handling
• Enforce strict safety guidelines, housekeeping, and company standards

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in Packing or Manufacturing Industries.
• Experience in handling packing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
• Strong communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is advantage to liaise effectively with team members

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 8.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
