JOB POSITION:

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/QUALITY CONTROL - 1 VACANCY

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily production activities for steel door manufacturing.
• Assist in inspecting raw materials, components, and finished steel door products based on company standards and specifications.
• Check basic product measurements, dimensions, materials, and workmanship.
• Identify and report defects, damages, or quality issues during the production process.
• Coordinate with production staff regarding identified quality concerns.
• Assist in ensuring that steel doors are properly fabricated, assembled, and finished according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and quality inspection records.
• Assist in monitoring production progress and reporting delays or concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist in conducting final inspection of finished steel doors before dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and production procedures.
• Perform other production and quality-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in quality inspection/control is an advantage.
• Experience in steel door manufacturing, metal fabrication, construction materials, or a similar industry is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of measurements, quality inspection, and production processes.
• Basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Job Details:

• Work Location: ADA Steel Door Manufacturing Inc., No. 213 Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. San Agustin II, Dasmariñas City, Cavite
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
