Production Assistant / Set Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Production Assistant to join the crew of a youth TV series filming in the Alicante / Mutxamel area.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a professional set, learn more about film and TV production, and add a real project to your portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting with setting up, moving, and packing filming equipment
• Helping position or hold reflectors
• Assisting with the boom microphone when needed
• Supporting the camera and sound departments
• Operating the clapperboard
• Helping keep the set organized
• Handling various practical tasks during filming

Tasks may change throughout the day, so we are looking for someone flexible, quick-thinking, and ready to help wherever needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available for full working days
• Has their own car
• Is comfortable with physical activity and handling equipment
• Is reliable and punctual
• Can think quickly and solve practical problems
• Has a positive attitude and works well in a team
• Is interested in film, television, or video production

Previous experience is not required. We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. This role could be especially valuable for someone who wants to build a career in film or video production, as it can be a strong addition to your portfolio.

If needed, we can also provide a letter of recommendation after the project for your portfolio.
