Position: Production Assistant Supervisor

Work Location: Calamba, Laguna

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Salary: ₱20,000-25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in quality control and production flow
• Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily production operations and manpower
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor line performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain records of output, efficiency, and incidents
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth production flow
