Production Assistant Supervisor (PMRTH)

Position: Production Supervisor (Process Improvement) 
Level: Supervisor
Work Location: Bang Sao Thong, Samutprakarn

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer.
• over 4 years’ experience of Production Engineer, Process Engineer
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, JIT, and OEE
• Good communication in English
• Analytical thinking, Improvement or problem solving skills.

Responsibility

• Monitor Production operation to meet plans, quality standards, and targets

• Manage manpower, machine, production resources for maximum efficiency

• Analyze, resolve, and prevent production issues in timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company requirements

• Drive continuous improvement activities.

• Coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of production personel.
