Position Summary

Production Associates support warehouse, logistics, material handling, and production operations within a fast-paced automotive environment. Associates may be cross-trained across multiple departments and work areas based on customer and business needs.

What You'll Do

• Receive, move, sort, store, and distribute materials and products
• Pick, pack, sequence, and consolidate parts
• Support warehouse, logistics, and production operations
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment after certification
• Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards
• Perform inventory and material tracking activities
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer requirements
• Cross-train and support multiple operational areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to obtain forklift and/or tugger certification
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work overtime, including short-notice overtime when required
• Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
