Production Associate

Tractus Thailand, a subsidiary of Tractus Asia, is part of a regional business strategy consulting and operations management firm supporting multinational companies as they establish and grow their operations across Asia.

We are hiring a Production Associate on behalf of one of our key clients in Hong Kong. Based in Tsim Sha Tsui, this full-time role will support end-to-end production and merchandising coordination, working closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

About the role

The Production Associate plays an important role in bringing product concepts from development through to final delivery. You will coordinate across suppliers, production, QA, merchandising, design, and logistics to keep timelines, samples, orders, and product quality on track.

This role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable following up, resolving issues, and keeping multiple priorities moving in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end critical path, ensuring quality and timelines are met
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, track orders, coordinate shipments, and resolve issues to ensure on-time deliveries
• Work hand in hand with QA personnel on samples throughout the production process to ensure products meet brand standards – resolve issues, pre-emptively manage agenda, be solution-oriented
• Update critical path, order status reports, and inventory databases to keep all teams informed and aligned
• Support in tracking and negotiating seasonal costing
• Oversee the tracking, organization, and distribution of samples as needed
• Support in managing and tracking the monthly replenishment process to ensure annual KPIs are met
• Work closely with design, merchandising, and logistics teams to keep production on track and aligned with creative vision

About you

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a merchandising business environment, focusing on jewelry or accessories products would be an advantage
• A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to speak up, follow up, and push back professionally when needed
• Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AI or productivity tools is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Cantonese, English and Putonghua required
• Able to start immediately would be a huge advantage
