Production Associate

Accountability and Duties

Under the direction of the Operations department, the Production Associate works within the facility in all departments related to product cycle such as:

• Cultivation, harvesting and drying product batches
• Processing and packaging
• Completing batch record documentation
• Cleaning and sanitization of rooms and equipment
• General housekeeping
• Accurate inventory controls
• Assisting with shipping and receiving as required

What You Bring

• 1-2 Years experience working within a team environment in customer service or production.
• This position will require someone who is physically fit and able to work in an environment that will require standing for long periods of time and working in varying temperature-controlled rooms.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• A strong team player who likes to work with and encourage others with a ‘can do’ attitude
• A passion for learning and growth
