Role Overview

The Production Associate is a versatile, hands-on team member responsible for supporting all areas of production and fulfillment at 4 Marks Printing. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to jump in wherever needed to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

No two days look the same. One day may involve screen printing, another reclaiming screens, running digital print jobs, operating a heat press, or picking and packing orders. This role is critical to keeping production flowing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Printing

• Prepare files and operate digital printers
• Perform test prints and basic quality checks
• Assist with finishing tasks (cutting, curing, etc.)

Screen Printing Support

• Load and unload garments on press
• Assist press operators during production runs
• Mix inks and help maintain clean workstations

Screen Room / Screen Tech Tasks

• Clean, reclaim, and prepare screens
• Coat, expose, and wash out screens as needed
• Maintain screen room cleanliness and organization

Heat Press & Finishing

• Operate heat press for transfers and specialty items
• Ensure proper placement and quality of finished goods

General Production Support

• Assist in all areas of production based on daily priorities
• Follow job instructions and production schedules with accuracy
• Maintain speed without sacrificing quality
• Communicate issues, delays, or material needs to leadership

Fulfillment & Warehouse

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Receive and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and production floor

Qualifications

• Experience in digital printing or garment decoration strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn multiple production processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
