Production Associate

Location: Tampa, FL

About the Role

PMAD is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

In this role, you will assist with production batches, material handling, equipment operation, documentation, sanitation, and general manufacturing support in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing and production processes
• Weigh, measure, stage, and transfer ingredients and materials
• Operate assigned equipment after training
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Follow safety, sanitation, quality, and cGMP procedures
• Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety risks
• Support production, packaging, warehouse, and QA teams as needed

Qualifications Required

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse, or related environments
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Experience with food, supplement, confectionery, or nutraceutical manufacturing
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Work Environment

• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs
