Production Associate

Job summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support both our packaging and mixing operations. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively on a high-speed packaging line with fillers, cappers, ink-jet, neck banders, and other bottle packaging line equipment, as well as independently in the mixing department. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced production environment, follows safety and quality procedures, and is willing to perform hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team on a high-speed packaging line to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and breakdown/clean line equipment.
• Perform assigned tasks in the product mixing department blending raw materials together, including working independently.
• Follow cGMP regulations and applicable production procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow directions and communicate with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Able to wear required PPE and follow cGMP regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Work environment and physical requirements
This position involves working in packaging and mixing production areas, wearing required PPE, and lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
