Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:00 a.m.. Some overtime available on Fridays (40+ hours). Shift Differential: $1.50/hour. Areas: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Heavy Assembly, Prime/Prep, Final Assembly.

Production

Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions. Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality. Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Quality Assurance

Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time. Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills. Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently. Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation.

Education

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Experience 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.

Skills Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and cross-train. Good communication and teamwork skills.
