Production Associate

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of food products while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This position is essential for maintaining the quality and integrity of our food processing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, including assembly and fabrication machines to facilitate the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the heat transfer coil manufacturing operations, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to comply with manufacturing best practices.
• Monitor processes for efficiency and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions.
• Conduct basic math calculations and read production drawings to ensure accurate product measurements and conformity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Interact with production software to record production progress and project completion.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing is essential. Experience with machine operation is preferred.
• Familiarity with production and assembly processes is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process and safety protocols diligently.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement, fabrication and assembly .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
