Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with safety standards and production protocols
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and product assembly while maintaining quality assurance standards in the production line
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards in production
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities
• Support sanitation efforts by cleaning equipment and work areas regularly to uphold
• Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly
• Strong understanding of safety standards in production, sanitation practices, and quality assurance
• Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards in food processing or related fields
