Job Description

Allegiance Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate for a manufacturing or production opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will assist with production line operations, product assembly, quality inspections, packaging, and maintaining an organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production line activities.
• Assemble, process, and package products according to work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Label, sort, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Operate basic production equipment after appropriate training.
• Monitor materials and report shortages or equipment concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete assigned documentation.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality-control standards.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, depending on the assignment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials according to the job's physical requirements.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production experience is preferred but may not be required.
