Production Associate

Job Summary

Pro-Crete Materials is seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will assist with daily production operations, safely handle materials and equipment, and help maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production, packaging, and handling of materials.
• Safely operate production equipment and tools.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Previous manufacturing, experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions.
• Follow all applicable workplace safety requirements and procedures.
• Ability to work in confined spaces

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
