Production Associate (Innoplast / ASP)

Location: Garfield Heights, OH · Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. · Type: Full-time

Innoplast is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our Garfield Heights team. In this role, you'll assemble, package, and ship our products, and you'll also cross-train to support our sister company, ASP, when extra help is needed. If you take pride in precise work, have a steady hand, and don't mind some heavy lifting, we'd love to hear from you.

Innoplast manufactures asset protection products for the safety, traffic control, and facility management industries, helping businesses protect their facilities at an affordable price. ASP distributes reflective tapes, films, and vinyl to the sign and graphics industry, with custom slitting and sheeting services. What You'll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Assemble product, package materials, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and incoming materials
• Support ASP with material handling, measuring, cutting, and packaging as needed
• Safely operate production equipment, pallet jacks, and hand tools
• Follow inventory procedures to keep counts accurate
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Share ideas to improve how we work

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for precise, careful work
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand or walk for most of the shift
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Initiative and follow-through, working both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new tasks and move between Innoplast and ASP work
• Production, packaging, or forklift experience is a plus
