Join the Ventura Team

Looking for steady, hands-on work with opportunities to learn and grow?

Ventura Manufacturing is looking for reliable Production Associates who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team. Our production team members are cross-trained in different areas, so your day may include different processes depending on production needs.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for people who show up, take pride in their work, and are willing to learn.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on production and assembly work
• Follow work instructions and established manufacturing processes
• Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality expectations
• Operate production equipment and tools as trained
• Learn multiple jobs and production areas through cross-training
• Move between work areas based on daily production needs
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Work safely and follow established procedures
• Help teammates and keep production moving

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Attention to quality and detail
• Ability to learn new processes
• Comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout the shift
• Willingness to work in different production areas
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes
• Team-focused attitude
• Initiative to stay productive and find the next task

Experience Is Helpful, Not Required

Previous experience in any of these areas is a plus:

• Manufacturing
• Production
• Assembly
• Machine operation
• Quality inspection
• Packaging
• Warehouse or material handling
• Other hands-on work

No manufacturing experience? Don't count yourself out. If you're dependable, ready to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment, we'd still like to hear from you.
