Production Associate

Savory Spice is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our Production Team at our corporate warehouse in Denver!

In this role, you'll help produce our signature spice blends and seasonings while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and food safety. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing quality products.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Availability throughout the busy holiday season is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Blend and produce our proprietary spice blends using a variety of production equipment and machinery.
• Accurately read and follow recipes, production instructions, and specifications.
• Weigh, measure, bag, and label spices and seasonings.
• Operate scales and production equipment while ensuring accurate measurements.
• Complete required quality assurance checks and production documentation.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
• Assist with stocking finished products and maintaining proper inventory rotation.
• Support warehouse and distribution operations as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, or a similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions accurately.
• Comfortable with basic math, including weights and measurements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to scheduled work hours.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Food production or food safety experience is a plus, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience operating production equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to complete required food safety training and certifications.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be available to work throughout the holiday season.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to routinely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including weighing, bagging, and handling products.
• Ability to work safely in an active warehouse and production environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Additional hours or occasional weekends may be required during peak production periods.
• Holiday season availability is required.

Work Location: In person, Denver, CO

Pay: $19.29 per hour
